It's A New Year

With all of the calls from 2009 behind us, let's try to reduce our call load by a few hundred less this year. The Danville Volunteer Fire Department would like to remind everyone to be safe this year, check your smoke detectors' batteries at least twice this year, wear your seatbelts even if you are just running right down the street, and while enjoying your ATV in the great outdoors, be safe, smart, and wear your safety gear, remember not to try any trails that your riding experience and ATV can't handle.
We wish each and everyone one of you safe and happy year. Also if you decide you want to try someting new this year, try stopping by the station and picking up an application and entering the brotherhood of firefighters.
